Brake Bias & Hydraulics
Prop Valve Rule: The OEM rear proportioning valve must be bypassed or removed from the circuit. Do not run the Tilton inline valve in series with the factory unit. ABS module is retained in all configurations.

The DS Series' digressive piston technology inverts conventional FWD spring ratio logic — the damper handles body control, springs handle load only. This enables a rear-biased spring ratio (0.83:1) that would cause instability with a linear damper.

Sway Bar & Corner Weight
Anti-Roll Bar StrategyFront ARB removed entirely, or minimum available thickness if ruleset requires one. Maximum available rear ARB. Solid pillowball end links, both axles. The digressive rear damping handles body roll — not the front bar.
The stiffer rear spring (12 kg·mm vs street 3 kg·mm) may require Tilton prop valve recalibration. Start at documented 750 psi rear setting, adjust from driver brake feel at pace.
